the rails. This car will feature
lounge style booths including
a private bar and access to a
private open air car. Additional

Ride in First Class style in

while taking in the scenic
journey. This car features a
private bar and a private car
attendant.

Routes
Horseshoe Bend Route
Opens April- DecemberThe Thunder Mountain Line's Horseshoe Bend Route begins in historic Horseshoe Bend Horseshoe Bend Mapand travels along the scenic Payette River through the Boise National Forest. The railroad provides views of the white water activities of the South Fork of the Payette River that has become popular with kayakers and rafters.

This trip will stop for 30-45 minutes in Banks giving our guests time to visit our gold mining exhibit, take pictures on our stage coach and visit our exhibits in the station house.

Montour Route
Opens October-DecemberThe Thunder Mountain Line's Montour Route begins in historic Horseshoe Bend and montourtravels westbound to the old railroad shipping and ranching town of Montour. These train rides are 1.5 hours roundtrip (incl layover) and used for special events such as the Pumpkin Liners and North Pole Express.

This train will stop for 30-45 minutes in Montour giving families time to enojoy the festivities.
